Return and Refunds Policy

Please note we do not offer returns or refunds on on sale items. 

Timeframe 

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Notification of Return 

Prior to returning an item via post, please notify us of your intention to return the item via email, hello@pourandplate.com.au.  This will help us process your return more efficiently and ensure that we are aware of the return shipment.

Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging to ensure safe return shipping. Please handle the product with care to avoid any damages during the return process.

Refund or Exchange 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If the item is found to be unused and in the original packaging, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange for a replacement item, as per your request.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, as shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please be aware that the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
